Educational Qualification:

GM (Branch Operations) - Graduate from University/ Institution/
Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government
Regulatory Body + Minimum 18 years of experience in banking/ financial Services
industry is mandatory
2.
DGM (Back Office- Graduate from University/ Institution/
Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government
Regulatory Body + Minimum 15 years of experience
3.
DGM (Legal) - Graduate (With Specialization in Law) from
University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or)
approved by a Government Regulatory Body is mandatory + minimum 6 years of
experience
4.
DGM (Operational Risk and Fraud) - Graduate (With
Specialization in Law) from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the
Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body is mandatory
+ minimum 6 years of experience
5.
DGM (Regulatory Compliance - Graduate (With Specialization in
Law) from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India

Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 38 to 56 Years), (For
Post 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 13, 21, -
35 to 50 Years), (For Post 8, 9, 18, 19, 20 - 32 to 50 Years), (for
Post 10, 11,12, 14, 15, 16 - 29 to 50 Years). The Upper age
limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons
with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and
for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit
