Educational Qualification:

1. Senior Officer (Marketing) - Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 65% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing/ Oil & Gas/ Petroleum and Energy/ Energy and Infrastructure/ International Business with Minimum 65% marks + Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification executive experience

2. Senior Officer (F&A) - CA/ ICWA OR B.Com with minimum 60% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 65% Marks. OR Graduation (B.A) with Honours in Economics with minimum 60% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 65% Marks + Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification executive experience (including experience as ET/ MT) in line in Finance/ Accounts or equivalent Department in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Organisation(s)/ Undertaking(s) and/or Large Private Sector Organization(s)/ Institution(s)/ Company(ies) and/or CA/ Cost Accounting firm(s).

3. Senior Officer (HR) - Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 65% marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years Master Degree/ Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 65% marks + Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification executive experience

4. Senior Officer (Corporate Communications) - Graduate Degree with minimum 60% marks and 02 years Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Communication/ Advertising and Communication Management/ Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations with minimum 65% marks + Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification executive experience

13. General Manager (Finance & Accounts) - Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant Candidates possessing Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant qualification should hold Fellow/ Associate membership of ICAI/ICWAI.
