Qualification:
1.
SI (Master) - 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University,
and, Second Class Master Certificate issued by the Central or State lnland
Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department.
2.
SI (Engine Driver) - 10+2 or its equivalent from a
recognized Board or University, and ii) First Class Engine Driver Certificate
issued by the Central or State lnland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile
Marine Department.
3.
HC (Master) - Matriculation from a recognized board or
equivalent. ii) Serang Certificate
4.
HC (Engine Driver) - Matriculation from e recognized board
or equivalent. ii) Possessing llnd Class Engine Driver Certificate
5.
HC (Workshop) - Matriculation from e recognized Board
or equivalent and (2) industrial Training instituted Diploma in motor Mechanic
(Diesel / Petrol Engine) Machinist/Welder/ Carpentry/ Electrician/Fitter/Air
conditioner Technician / Electronics/Plumbing / Upholstering / Painting from a
recognized institution
6.
CT (Crew) - Matriculation from a recognized board or equivalent
ii) one year experience ln operating to Boat below 265 HP; iii) should know
swimming and possess a certificate to this effect from a recognized
institute/swimming pool/any authority of gave such certificate.
Age Limit: Candidates Age should be between (Post 1, 2 - 22 to 28 Years), (Post 3-6 - 20 to 25 Years).Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:
1. Sub Inspector SI (Master) - Rs. 9300 - 34800/- With 4200/- Grade Pay
2. Sub Inspector SI (Engine Driver) -
3. Head Constable HC (Master) - Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 2400/- Grade Pay
4. Head ConstableHC (Engine Driver) - Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 2400/- Grade Pay
5. Head Constable HC (Workshop) - Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 2400/- Grade Pay
6. Constable CT (Crew) - Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 2000/- Grade Pay
Selection Procedure: Physical Standered Test
