Qualification:
1.
Junior Instructor - Essential (i). B.Sc. degree with relevant subject (s) as
the main subject from a recognized university
(ii). Proficiency in relevant
field
(iii) Minimum 3 years
experience of working with children. (iv) Good knowledge of English and Hindi.
Desirable: (i) Interest in other
media of expression Aptitude for development of creativity and innovations.
(ii). Due weitage will be
given to the part time instructors of Bal Bhavan Kendras under the National Bal
Bhavan, N. Delhi with 10years service as part time instructor. Subject to
acquiring of required essential qualifications
2.
Junior Modellor - Essential - (i).Senior Secondary or equivalent from a recognized Board and
Diploma in relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
(ii) Proficiency in
relevant field
(iii) Minimum 3 years
experience of working with children.
(iv) Good knowledge of
English and Hindi.
Desirable - (i) Interest in other
media of expression Aptitude for development of creativity and innovations

Supervisor (Bal Bhavan Kendra) - Essential - (i) Degree from a recognized University and a
diploma in Fine Arts from a recognized Institution (ii) Minimum 3 years
experience of working with children. iii) Good knowledge of English and Hindi.
Desirable - (i) Interest in one or
more Fine Arts & Crafts, Music, Dance, Drama etc.
(ii) Due weitage will be
given to the part time instructors of Bal Bhavan Kendras under the National Bal
Bhavan. N. Delhi with 10 years’ service as part time instructor. Subject to
fulfillment of prescribed essential qualifications.

Artist (Traditional Folk Music) -
Essential - (i) Degree from a
recognized University and a diploma in relevant discipline from are recognized
Institution.
Desirable - (i) Interest in other
media of expression like Art, Craft, Dance Drama etc. (ii) Should be very
creative and able to motivate children to learn and appreciate relevant art.

Artist (Kathak) - Essential - (i) Degree from a recognized University and a diploma in relevant
discipline from are recognized Institution

media of expression like Art, Craft, Dance Drama etc.

Artist (Drama) - Essential - (i) Degree from a recognized University and a

art.
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed 30 Years As On 28.08.2016. Relaxations
in upper age limit For OBC 3 Years, For SC/ST Candidates 5 Years. Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:

Junior Instructor - Rs. 5200 - 20,200/- With 2400/- Grade Pay
2.
Junior Modellor - Rs. 5200 - 20,200/- With 2400/- Grade Pay
3.
Supervisor (Bal Bhavan Kendra) - Rs.5200 - 20,200/- With 2400/- Grade Pay
4.
Artist (Traditional Folk Music) - Rs. 5200 - 20,200/- With 2800/- Grade Pay
5.
Artist (Kathak) - Rs. 5200 - 20,200/- With 2800/- Grade Pay
6.
