Qualification:
1.
Jt.Director (Technical) - Degree in civil Engineering from a recognized
Institution / University. Persons holding a post Graduate Degree or above in
Highways Engineering / Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering with
specialization in the related areas of Civil Engineering works in road construction
will be preferred
2.
Jt.Director (Projects) - The officer to be considered to hold analogous post
or at the level of Assistant Director/ Under Secretary with 4-5 years
experience in Government Ministry/ Department or equivalent
3.
Dy.Director (F&A) - Transfer on deputation from Central/State
Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies, Research and
Specialised Institutions, etc. Officer to be considered to hold analogous post
or Asstt Engineer/ equivalent post at least for 3 years
4.
Dy.Director (P-III) - The officers to be considered should hold analogous
post or at the level of Assistant Executive Engineer for at least 3 years and
have experience in Planning, Construction, Quality Control and Maintenance of
Roads/Highways and
5.
Asstt.Director /Finance Officer (F&A):
a) Must be
a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
b) Should
have rendered five years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.5, 400 or
c) Should
have rendered six years of combined regular service in the Grade pay of Rs.5,
400/- and Rs.4, 800 OR
d) Should
have rendered eight years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.4, 800/-
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For Post 1, 4 - 57 Years), (For Post 2, 3 - 55 Years), (For Post 5 - 56 Years). Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:
1.
Jt.Director (Technical) - Rs. 37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay Rs. 8,900/-
2.
Jt.Director (Projects) - Rs. 37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay Rs. 8,900/-
3. Dy.Director
(F&A) - Rs. 37,400-67,000 (PB-4) with Grade Pay Rs. 10,000
4.
Dy.Director (P-III) - Rs. 37,400-67,000 (PB-4) with Grade Pay Rs. 10,000
5.
Asstt.Director /Finance Officer (F&A) - Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay
Rs. 6,600/-
