Qualification:
General
Manager - (i) . A Degree of any
University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission for
the purpose of its grant; (ii) . A pass in the Final Examination of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of
India; and (iii). Not less than ten years experience in the executive level in
Finance, Accounts and Taxation in Public/Private Limited Companies of which
Seven years of post qualification experience.
Manager
(Projects) - (I). B.E/B.Tech Degree in
Civil Engineering of any University or Institution recognized by the University
Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant; (II). A Master Degree in
Business Administration of any University or Institution recognized by the
University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant. Specialization in
Project Management is desirable; and (iii). Not less than FIVE years of
experience in appraisal/execution of the Urban Infrastructure project in
Public/Private Limited Companies of which Three years of post qualification
experience.
Manager
(Finance and Accounts) - (I). A Degree of
any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission
for the purpose of its grant; (II). A pass in the Final Examination of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of
India; and (III). Not less than five years of experience in appraisal/execution
of Urban Infrastructure projects in Public/Private Ltd Companies of Which three
years of post qualification experience;
Assistant
Manager (Projects) - (I). B.E/B.Tech

University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant; (II). A Master
Degree in Business Administration of any University or Institution recognized
by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant.

Junior
Manager (Finance and Accounts) - (I).

for the purpose of its grant; (II). Must have passed an Intermediate
Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountant
Junior
Manager (Personnel and Administration) - (I).
A Degree of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants
Commission for the purpose of its grant; (II). A Master Degree in Human
Resource Management of any University or Institution recognized by the
University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant;
Computer
Programmer - (I). A Master Degree in
Computer Application or a Master Degree in Science (Information Technology/Computer
Science) of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants
Commission for the purpose of its grant;
Steno
Cum Typist Grade-III - (i) A Degree of
any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission
for the purpose of its grant; and (ii) Must have passed the Government
Technical examination in Typewriting and Shorthand (a) by the Higher Grade in
Tamil and English or (b) by the Higher Grade in Tamil and Lower Grade in
English; or (c) by the Higher Grade in English and Lower Grade in Tamil;
Office
Assistant - Must have passed the VIII
standard of a recognized school (i.e.,) a school maintained by or opened with
the sanction of the Government of Tamil Nadu or to which recognition has been
accorded by the Director of School Education under the Education Rules of the
State
Age Limit: Age as on 01.07.2016.
For Post 01 - Age should not
exceed OC: 45 yrs, BC/MBC: 48 yrs, SC/ST/SCA: 50 yrs.
For All Other Posts - Age
