General Manager Chief Manager (HR) - MBA with specialization in Personnel Management
and Industrial Relations or Post Graduate Degree Diploma in PIR/HRD
Chief
Engineer Addl. Chief Engineer (Chemical) - Degree in Chemical Engineering with
minimum 14 years for CE /12 years for ACE post qualification Executive
experience in line in a PSU/ large Private sector Ammonia/ Urea Fertilizer
Industry, out of which at least 4 years should be at the senior management
level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in Chemical
Industry.
Medical
Officer (General Physician) - MBBS with minimum 3 years post qualification
experience or MBBS with PG degree with minimum 01 year post qualification
experience in hospital/ nursing home of repute
MBA with specialization
in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Post Graduate Degree
Diploma in PIR/HRD/ Labour & Social Welfare with minimum 16 years for DGM 14
years for Chief Manager post qualification Executive experience in Personnel
& Administration Department
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (Post 1 - 53/52 Years), (Post 2 - 52/51 Years), (Post 3 - 45 Years) As On 01.02.2016Years.
