Degree (Regular Course) in Sociology/Social Work / Human Resources Management /
Personnel Management (or) Post Graduate Degree (Regular Course) and DLAL / PG
Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management of any University or Institutions
recognised by the University Grants Commission. Proficiency in Tamil. Experience: A minimum of 10 years experience in Personnel &
Admn. Dept. out of which 5 years in the level of Executive(P&A)/middle
level officer cadre.

Qualification:
1). Manager (Technical) - B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)/(Chemical)/Electrical- First Class. Experience: A minimum of 15
years experience in Cement Industry of Dry system with Pre Heater/precalciner,
out of which at least 10 years experience in the cadre of Dy.Manager /Senior
Engineer.
2). Deputy Manager (Mkg) - A pass in M.B.A. from recognised Institution. Experience: A minimum of 10 years experience in Cement marketing field is
a must. Out of which at least 3 years as Asst. Manager(Mkg) in a reputed Cement
Company.
Deputy Manager (Pers.
& Admn) - Post Graduate Degree (Regular Course) in Sociology/Social Work /
Human Resources Management / Personnel Management (or) Post Graduate Degree
(Regular Course) and DLAL / PG Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management of any
University or Institutions recognised by the University Grants Commission.
Proficiency in Tamil. Experience: A minimum of 10 years experience in Personnel &
Admn. Dept. out of which 5 years in the level of Asst. Manager(P&A)/Senior
Officer cadre.
3). Deputy Manager
(Finance) - CA with One year
experience (or) ICWA with Three years experience (or) CA inter with. Experience: 5 years experience
Asst. Manager (Finance) -
CA inter / ICWA inter. Experience: Two years
4). Accounts Executive - CA inter / ICWA inter / MBA (Finance). Experience: Experienced candidates will be given preference.
5). Marketing Assistant - A pass in B.B.A from a recognised Institution. Proficiency in
Computer Operation in MS-Office will be an added advantage. Experience: Previous experience in Cement marketing field is desirable
6). Junior Assistant - For Five post : Graduates in any discipline. For One post :
B.Com/M.Com Must posses Certificate in Tamil & English Higher grade
Typewriting Exam is essential. Should have proficiency in Computer
operation in MS-Office/Open Office.
7). Burner - Diploma in Chemical Engg./Technolgy
8). Consultant - Kin
Process - B.Sc (Chemistry) First Class. Experience: Minimum of 15 years work experience in operating the Kiln
through CCR , should be capable of monitoring/adjusting the parameters to
achieve desired Quality/Quantity level of production, knowledge in Cement
chemistry and capable in controlling input to Kiln without damaging accessories.
9). Consultant Quality
Assurance - B.Sc (Chemistry) First
Class. Experience: Minimum of 15 years work experience in Physical/Chemical Lab.
of Cement Industry with thorough knowledge of testing methods of
Limestone/Clinker/Cement constituents and other raw materials/additives. Should
guide Kiln process people by supplying quality raw meal, ensure good quality
Clinker/Cement Production and be well versed in BIS norms and capable in
maintaining the quality and related log books.
10). Tahsildar (Rtd.) - Minimum SSLC. Graduate Desirable. Experience: Should be well versed in dealing Land Acquisition and Land
Disputes/Legal cases and should liaise with Officials of Government Departments.
