Qualification: Apart from Pay and Allowances other benefits viz.
PRP, Leave Encashment, CPF, Gratuity, Pension, Free Medical facilities, Group
Insurance, Incentive, Residential Accommodation, Subsidized Electricity etc.,
as per rules will also be admissible. In addition , Non Practicing allowance
(NPA) @ 25% of Basic Pay is payable for candidates possessing Post Graduate
Degree and @ 22.5% for MBBS Degree plus Diploma /PG Diploma and @ 20% for
candidates having only MBBS qualification
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For Post 1, 3 - 50 Years),
(For Post 2, 4 - 45 Years). Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be
provided as per Govt. Rules

How to Apply: meeting the above
requirements along with their original certificates and detailed bio-data
accompanied by attested copies of certificates and testimonials and 2 recent
color passport size photographs, may WALK-IN for an INTERVIEW on 14th Dec.,
2015 at 9.30 A.M. onwards, at Hotel Babylon Inn, Jail Road, Raipur - 492 001.
Registration for the Interview however will close at 11.00 A.M. on the same day
