Qualification:
For Post 1 - First class in Ph.D.
degree in Plant Pathology (Ag.) / Microbiology / Applied Microbiology /
Biotechnology Or Master Degree in Microbiology (Ag.) / Applied Microbiology /
Plant Pathology / Biotechnology / Integrated degrees like B.Tech. and M.Tech (5
years) Or Graduates with 3 years Bachelor’s degree who have acquired
professional Master’s degree (3 years) like M.Sc. (Agri.) in Microbiology /
Applied Microbiology / Plant Pathology) Or Candidates having Master’s degree in
Basic Sciences (Microbiology / Applied Microbiology / Plant Pathology /
Biotechnology) and have qualified NET with 2 years of research experience
For Post 2 - First class in M.Sc.
(Horticulture / Agriculture) with specialization in Post-Harvest Technology) /
M.Sc. or M.Tech in Food Science & Technology / Food Nutrition or in the
relevant field of specialization.
Age Limit: Age limit: Not more than 35 years for men and 40 years for
women candidates. Relaxation shall be applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale:
For Post 1 - Rs.25,000.00 + 20% HRA
per month
For Post 2 - Rs.16,000.00 + HRA @20%
per month

How to Apply: Candidates willing
to attend the Walk-in-Interview should neatly type the application in the
format prescribed in MS-WORD – TIMES NEW ROMAN FONT – 12 SIZE and submit the
same along with attested copies of educational qualifications, experience and
publications etc. at the time of attending the Walk-in-Interview. Original
certificates and M.Sc. / Ph.D. thesis / dissertation should also be brought for
verification at the time of Walk-in-Interview. Candidates already working
should produce “No Objection Certificate” in case he / she is employed
elsewhere.
