Qualification:
Assistant Manager-Scale I - A pass with minimum 60%
in aggregate in BL/LLB (3 years or 5 years integrated course) from a recognized
university and enrolled as an Advocate with the concerned Bar Council + Should possess 2 years’
experience of practice at BAR or Judicial service and/or experience of working
in legal department of a reputed Bank or the Central / State Government or of a
NBFC .
Manager- Scale II - A graduate in
Arts/Science/Commerce/Law/Management/Engineering etc., from university
recognized by UGC and must be a Qualified Chartered accountant (ACA) + Candidate
should have minimum of 2 year work experience in reputed organization after
completing final examination of ICAI
Age Limit:
(i) AGE AS ON 31.10.2015:
Minimum 21 years - Maximum 30 years for Scale I
(ii) AGE AS ON
31.10.2015: Minimum 21 years – Maximum 40 years for Scale II
Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.
Rules
Pay Scale:
Manager-Legal - Rs. 23,700 to 42020/-
Manager-Chartered Accountant - Rs.31705 to 45950/-
Selection Procedure: Written Exam, Interview
Application Fee:
For General/OBC
Candidates Application Fee is - Rs.700/-
For (C/ST / PWD/EX-SER.,/Repatriate)
Candidates Application Fee is - Rs.400/-
It has to be paid by
means of a Bank Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank
payable at “CHENNAI” and should be drawn in favour of “REPCO BANK RECRUITMENT
CELL”.
How to Apply: Candidates who
satisfy the above eligibility norms should submit their application in Bio –
data form in English; typed on thick A4 size sheet, with one recent passport
size photograph affixed on the application on the top right hand corner and
indicating prominently in Bold letters the post for which he/she is applying at
the Top. The format of the Application Form is available at Bank’s Web-site.
Note: The Candidate should mention Application cover “Application for the post of “………..”
in bold letters on top of the envelope.
