Qualification:  

1. Sub Inspector (Workshop) - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent Or Three years Diploma in Mechanical o. Marine or Automobile Engineering From a recognized university or institution
2. Sub Inspector (Master) - i) 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or university. and: ii)Second Class Master Certificate issued by the central or Sate inland Water. Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department
3. Sub Inspector (Engine Driver) - i) 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or university. and: ii)Second Class Master Certificate issued by the central or Sate inland Water. Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department
4. Head Constable (Master) - Matriculation from s recognized board or Equivalent serang certificate
5. Head Constable (Engine Driver) - Matriculation from s recognized board or Equivalent Possessing llnd Class Engine Driver Certificate
6. Head Constable (Workshop) - 1) Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent: and 2) Industrial Training Intuited Diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel / Petrol Engine) Machinist/Welder/ Carpentry/ Electrician/Filter/Air conditioner Technician / Electronics Plumbing / Upholstering / Painting from a recognized Institution.
