Educational Qualifications:
- For Junior Executive: Applicants should be Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology in Mechanical or Automobile. MBA/LLB/B. Com with ICWA / CA
- For Manager: Applicants should be Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology in Computer Science/Computer Engineering / IT. OR B. Com with ICWA / CA / MBA full- time regular (two years duration) with specialization in Finance.
- For Deputy Company Secretary: Applicants should be Graduate & full-time regular MBA or equivalent (two years duration) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labor Welfare. For posts wise educational qualification details go through the official notification
Pay Scale:
- Manager (E-3): Rs.24900-3%-50500
- Junior Executive (E-1): Rs.16400-3%-40500
- Deputy Company Secretary / Deputy General Manager (E-6): Rs.36600-3%-62000
Selection Procedure: Physical Endurance Test

Age Limit:
- For DGM/Dy. Company Secretary posts candidate’s age limit should be 40 Years for GEN, 45 for SC/ST, 43 for OBC
- For Manager Post’s candidates age limit should be 32 Years GEN, 37 for SC/ST, 35 for OBC
- For Junior Executive posts candidates age should be 27 Years GEN, 32 for SC/ST, 30 for OBC
