Indian Air Force Recruitment 2014 – Airman Posts: Indian Air Force has issued a notification for the recruitment of Airman in Group ‘Y’ (For Automobile Technician, Ground Training Instructor and Indian Air Force (Police)) trade vacancies from the designated Districts of State of Tamil Nadu, UTs of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Puducherry and Karaikal. Indian Air Force Vacancy Details: 
Name of the Post: Airman Group ‘Y’ 
Name of the Discipline:
1. Automobile Technician
2. Ground Training Instructor
3. Indian Air Force (Police)

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be born between 01-02-1995 to 30-06-1998 (both days inclusive).

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent examination in any stream/ subjects approved by Central/ State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of written test, PFT, interview, medical examination.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend for recruitment rally along with consent form in the prescribed format, seven copies of recent passport size (5cm X 4cm) colour photograph, originals & attested copies of matriculation passing certificate/ mark sheets, Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets, Two year Vocational Course Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters, four photocopies of Domicile, Son of Air Force Personnel (SOAFP) as well as NCC Certificates (if applicable) & other relevant documents from 27-10-2014 to 29-10-2014 at District Sport Stadium, Kanchipuram (Tamil Nadu).

The Recruitment Test will be conducted from 7 AM onwards as per the details given below. Candidates (from respective Districts covered below) reporting up to 10 AM on 27th October 2014 at the Rally Venue will only be permitted to appear in the Recruitment Test
